Not sure how I missed this but we play at Tex A&M this weekend and at Auburn next weekend.

Thank you SEC scheduling department. We can always count on you.

On a positive note, this is why LSU can re-sod the infield now. We only play one home game between March 20 and April 5.

It also means that at some point they will have two consecutive home series.

Still not worse than playing AT tamu two years in a row. I think there was some technical explanation, but it was still bullshite.

It's not that uncommon. Did it in 2013 with Arky and Bama.

I think its mathematically impossible for every team to play at home every other weekend in SEC play.

But we seemed to have caught a break in that auburn is way down this year so if you have back to back road series then it seems better the second one v a bottom dweller.

Also the first road series in a non school weekend. That should be a plus too.

Has Les Miles lost control of them too?

Last year it alternated. In 2014 we had a back to back home series but not back to back away series. In 2013, we had one of each.

Like I said, it's not uncommon to have it either way.

Yes it is. It may happen with some teams, like it did with us last year, but when everyone plays 10 SEC series, not everyone can just alternate home and away.

There is one way you could do it. You could if you played some of the same teams over again at the same site you played them before.

Who said that?

Bama is better than last year. Easily.

Who is "we"?
Look at Auburn's record and tell me they aren't down sir because they are.

Does that mean we can't lose? no

That, or cutting the number of series down to 7. In the first weekend, we were one of 7 teams playing at home (Group A), and Alabama was one of 7 on the road (Group B). To maintain alternating home/away series for every team, we could only play teams from Group B the entire season, which obviously can't happen with series against 10 different teams.

LSU only lost 3 SEC road games last year. They lost 5 at home.

It means nothing.
