A lot of people think Bama will steamroll them, maybe, maybe not. Thing is if TAMU wins and then we are also undefeated, the national championship will be played that day in Tiger Stadium.

You can say it won't compare to Bama but if both of us become undefeated (beating Bama) we'll be #1 and #2 in the country and will be the second "game of the century".

You guys know all it will take is a championship caliber team (TAMU) 2 weeks worth of media hype, and 2 weeks worth of shite talking. I've been thinking this for a long while, and it could also stir the old rivalry back up. Believe me this is a perfect storm scenario that is very realistic.

As much as I don't want to say it, I think Bama beats them but I think it's because A&M's defense just folds.

Bama lost a ton on offense and a lot on defense. They (Bama) do have a bye week before they play them, if I remember right.

Manziel lost one of his ends to protect him and there's no more Swope for him.

I do think he gets a Heisman hangover though.

Grown up to hate A&M, people are underestimating how intense the crowd will be that game.

This. The older LSU fanbase will come alive for this one, with what happened in the 90's still fresh on our mind. To say that we owe them one is a huge understatement.

Yep.
Now that Texas AM is in the SEC - Beating Texas AM is very important in terms of recruiting Texas.

Plus, that school is just weird. Not a good road trip.

Woah. The winner still has to win the SECCG against another top 10 opponent in Atlanta. Don't get ahead of yourself.

Let's not go this "game of the century" route again, please. Fortunately, it is just aTm, so if we win, we won't have to worry about the "rematch of the century".

When Tiger Stadium is at it's best....absolutely incomprable....but these days particularly with crappy non-conference home games it's sorta meh...

you need a big night game to see it at its best!!!!

If that's the case, might not want it to be a night game. They'd all be in bed by halftime.

If TAMU comes in here undefeated. This will be the game of the century for LSU. Can't wait - but they have to get by Bama.

The SEC East hasn't won the SEC Championship game in the last four years and I don't expect them to do it any time soon.

Oh no I won't be saying that (well maybe if our offense is on FIRE like it was in 06 and 07). The media will be saying it as two undefeated teams ranked #1 and #2 in the nation battle for the chance to go to the conference championship and national championship.

"TAMU, already riding a ridiculous wave of hype after beating Bama earlier in the year, should almost be assured a spot in the NCG. But the juggernaut LSU, fresh off a road win against the Tide, will be the last line of defense against the Aggies. Number One vs Number Two face off Saturday night in the biggest game of the year"

This shite writes itself, and especially if the offense does a 180.
