The act was unacceptable. He hurt his team. May have hurt the Bama player. I trust Miles/Chief will have a "Come to Jesus" meeting with him.

You realize that is Matthieu doesn't make the hit...Kirkpatrick doesn't fall like he does, and it goes back to Matthieu's hit, correct?

The point is the hit wasn't dirty and it wasn't the hit that caused the injury. The guy is just stating facts.

It was a freak play because of the way Dre fell. Chill out.

No, he didn't hit him in the throat.

Sorry but it was dirty. He was beat and committed a bonehead foul. I completely agree with you that he did not intend to hurt the guy but he most definitely justifiably earned a penalty flag. The worst part of it all is that it was beyond stupid because Beckham did not need that "block".

But all in all, it was a dumb play with no intent to injure the guy so i say let us move on and forget about it.

This is not accurate at all. His arm hit Dre's shoulder and then TM grabbed the front of his jersey and spun him around. That a hold. Not a cheap shot.

It sucks that Dre got injured, but the result of a play shouldn't affect whether we view the play as dirty or not.

Yea it was uncalled for, but in TM7s defense, he had at least two blocks on him where they were trying to take out his knees. I would be fired up too.

It was a blatant foul but it wasn't dirty. Dirty fouls are usually considered those that are committed with an intent to hurt another player. That clearly isn't what happened here.

Why are posters trying to make this into some kind of "intent to hurt" play? I mean shite, it was a dumbass play, he was penalized, it's over, move on. The fact Dre got hurt is inconsequential. That shite happens, it's a grown man's sport.

If he wasn't trying to injure the guy, then how was it a dirty play?

Is offensive holding to prevent a sack a dirty play?

Nobody is arguing whether or not a penalty was deserved. The argument is whether or not the play was dirty and TM7 is a thug.

The TM7 hype has overinflated his ego / gone to his head. Since all the honey badger crap got big, he's done nothing besides talk shite (then get owned), smoke weed, and now making bush league plays like last night.

Talent does not make up for "lack of character"
...sorry... so far his legacy keeps growing towards the last part.
Want his talent, but ONCE AGAIN, no excuse for his actions.
