I'm not a huge nfl guy,but I'll definitely be watching tonight. The chiefs are on and there starting rb is clyde and his backup is Darrell Williams. I'm kinda excited about watching them, especially clyde.

Anyway ,just a reminder.

This is according to the depth chart on the chiefs website

That’s the problem!! Everyone still wants to watch the liberal agenda of the NFL!! Quit watching! They will have to concede when they lose ratings and revenue!

I’m sure about 99% of the people who say they’re going to protest the NFL will be watching from the comfort of their sofa this season! If you’re tired of the libs winning or for Some Americans to use their first amendment rights then you can probably go catch an Australian rules football game on ESPN Ocho around 3 AM if you really itching for something.

I'm a lifelong sports fan but I won't be watching.
I love me family and country more than sports.
I once was a Saints fan but I will never watch as long as Brees is their QB. I won't be watching a bunch of millionaires scream about injustice while wearing rapists and other criminals names on the uniform.

I want to see entire teams and staffs not take a knee during the black anthem and then take a knee during the national anthem. Once I see that, it's on to other programming. That includes the Saints.

Fantasy Football and Red Zone ruined football for me years ago. I no longer really care to watch full games other than my home team.

I'll be watching and rooting for Clyde to do well tonight. I want all of our former players to do well, but couldn't care less about results or the rest of the league.

There are zero first amendment rights implicated when employees of a private business do anything. Kneeling for the anthem during an NFL broadcast is not “using your rights”. There is no “right to kneel for the anthem” while being paid to play a game. It’s not a part of free speech and it’s entirely up to the NFL. If the NFL didn’t allow it, that would be completely legal.

Tweeting is not “exercising your rights” either, nor is raising your fist or filling your jersey with platitudes. Merely services and employers that support and/or allow the messaging. If the government is not involved, neither is the first amendment.
