They also kept a defensive tackle that had previously been announced as cut since De'Quan Bowers tore his achilles tendon earlier today. Wonder if they had to cut Jefferson to make room to keep the def tackle? Are there a certain number of rookies they can keep in camp right now? Just curious although a lot of moves go on like this back and forth with rookies and/or players eligible for practice squad.

This is not news...the dude just doesn't have the acumen to play QB in the NFL. Maybe he can try out for kicker...he is more qualified for that position
