Awesome recruiters. Can recruit the best talent but then can't coach/develop the talent in order to WIN consistently.

Too early to make this statement. Let's see how JJ fares- He does need to manage the minutes of his players better. Today, at least four Tigers played 32 plus minutes, and the team has games the next two days.
We need to find out what the backups can do. Also, Robinson has only played 12 minutes in the last two games--this huge frosh needs to get more minutes to develop a bit faster.

I agree on the develop talent, but LSU football under CLM has won consistently. JJ has gotten us to .500 at best so far. These 2 coaches aren't even in the same stratosphere to compare.
