I just watched the Miss St game and LSU looked terrific. These arent even his recruits and he has them playing his way already and they are executing. U can tell these players have bought in and are well coached.
Time to give props to him and the AD.
I hope this team makes some type of tournament to just see where they are at when the season ends.
They seem to get better and more confident each game.
Looking forward to the next several years. We're back.

Eating my words on this hire. I love this team and the direction of the program. I really love hearing the old players talk about how excited they are about the program. Didn't ex players hate Trent?

Ive watched most of their games, I just didnt want to be premature. But Im now officially sold on this years team. They are so much better right now than they were just a month ago.
I like watching an unselfish LSU "TEAM" play basketball and get after people. Makes me proud.

What is so positive is the IMPROVEMENT the team as made as the season goes on. Today, the offense executed plays that show they are learning a system and buying into it.

He still pulled the trigger. If Jones doesnt work out I will blame him. There were plenty on here riding him for the hire its only fair to give him the credit when it does work out.
So far so good I think Alleva is doing an excellent job. LSU in general is just full of a bunch of badasses.

Couldn't be prouder of "The Bullet". Has this team playing fast & furious like he did as a player. They are jelling as a team. Fun to watch.

I've noticed the big smiles on JOB's face the past few games. He's been playing like a beast, and it's great to see him enjoying the game and the team.
