Joe Alleva's track record at duke

First hire at duke: Football coach goes 7-45.
Alleva proceeds to fire him after losing his 29th straight ACC game and promotes the defense coordinator as interim and he went 3-2 to finish the season.
He then hires his defensive coordinator as the full time head coach and he goes 6-45.
This guy isn't good at his job. LSU should have put a search party in charge of choosing the next coach. Not this guy. What the hell has he ever done?

the point was WHO was hired in the first place. He hired a guy with no coaching experience then didn't even go outside the program.

I really can't believe I'm just reading this for the first time. This makes me sick to my stomach. He should be fired and should not be involved in any more hiring decisions for our university. I will support coach O now but we should have had a firm involved in this search and not just this amateur "The Search"
