Why in the world do we call plays for JJ to run the ball? He is not one of the best 5 playmakers on the field at any one time, so why is he running so much? I can understand when the play breaks down, but designed plays should not go to him. Do you think Crowton wants him to get hurt so he can justify putting Lee in?

If you believe most Ranters, it's because Miles secretly hopes JJ will get hurt so he can start Lee and not be criticized about it.....

With our current offensive play calling, Sheppard should be taking the snaps.

JJ has lost the confidence of this team. His lack of confidence and poor mechanics is destroying what could be a potent offense. The change should have been made a few games back. Lee should have been involved more in every game. I think the coaches have been very closed minded and never gave Lee a chance to win the competition. JJ was always going to be the starter regardless of how poorly he performed.

Exactly, if we are going let the QB run so much, put someone back there who can run.
