"Jordan doesn't deserve any special treatment from the legal system because he's LSU's quarterback," Unglesby said. "But he also doesn't deserve any bad treatment because he's LSU quarterback, and I think that's what's happened."

Yup, getting a week to get your affairs in order and getting 4 days to lawyer up was treating him badly.

Was it ever made clear who instigated the fight?

JJ was one of many, and we have no proof he did more than any other guy that night.

There is a reason fisher bolted.

I'm not sure of all the evidence in place that the police gathered, but if he is for some reason innocent, you'd have to feel bad; however, I don't see how it could have gotten to this point without it being him. It blows my mind someone would stomp a person in the head like that. Grade A stupid right there.

Lowrey instigated the fight but thats not the issue

I think he's right. It was a fricking embarrassment that our keystone cops were searching his apt and doing DNA tests.
I'd like to know if anything close to that was done on any fight with no weapons and no fatalities in the entire country.

a conflict of interests is why. If he's still representing Davenport and Landry it wouldn't be in anyone's best interest for him to represent Johns and Jefferson.

And that reason is because it would have been a conflict of intrest to represent both JJs

I think miles did the right thing.not just for the team but for JJ as well.he could not possibly give 100% on the field if his mind is on this mess he got himself into.

Attorney needs to realize he isn't the QB anymore. He deserves what he gets for being a complete fricking idiot

I agree that JJ deserves whatever is coming to him if he is convicted for what was alleged. That said, the media definitely blew this way the frick up because he happened to be the starting quarterback for a national title contender. All the shite that happened on his facebook page and his name getting smeared around in the media probably would've never happened had it been some random guy who got in a fight.

JJ should have hired Morris Bart.

I agree once the BRPD made it's move, Mile had to suspend JJ. I just don't think you can prove JJ was kicking anyone, and he was singled out because he was known as the LSU QB.

Right...you have no proof.
But, that doesn't mean the BRPD doesn't have proof.
