Not sure how many of you follow high school track but Jeryl posted the fastest time in all classes at the state track meet, including Bama commit Landon Collins (3rd fastest) He is listed as an athlete for the class of 2013. Has anyone seen him play in person, and if so which position do you think he will play at LSU?

Friend watched him at the state track meet last week. He didn't stop raving about how quick he was for 2 days. That's all I got.

it takes A LOT of practice to master the blocks. most collegiate sprinters spend the majority of practice just doing starts. but if you are good enough to run in the state 100m finals you should know how to start from blocks

What impressed me about the kid was that he's not a thin framed guy. He's going to be able to hold 185-95 without losing that speed.
