His JUCO stats look interesting to say the least. Looks like he got benched after week 3 or so?

Also, I thought I heard at one point he was playing WR?

Heard stories from players that he had a stronger arm than Mett with 4.3 speed

I know everyone loves the backup, but you think this is true? A better arm than a guy who probably has the strongest arm in college football...Basically you're saying he's exactly Michael Vick. If Michael Vick was on our team and we didn't give him a shot, I'll be pissed

He's kinda the opposite of Jennings, actually. Saying their appeal to this board and this fan base is for the same reasons is stupid.

Jennings has never been the darling because of ridiculous speed or arm strength. He's turned heads since he got to campus with his uncanny level of maturity, poise and polish right off the bat. By the end of his first spring, Jennings had the best footwork of any qb on the squad and he's super intelligent. He's not a burner, but a guy who's fast enough where defenses have to respect his running ability. He doesn't have a cannon but he has the natural arm strength to make the necessary throws when combined with his sharp ability to make good decisions.

Jerrard turned heads from day one with his prodigious physical gifts but not much else. He never blew anyone away with his smarts or maturity. He had a howitzer for an arm and blazing speed. I really hope he harnesses all that talent because it truly is exceptional.

Eta: DAMMIT!! I frickin hate when I type a long post in an anchored thread.
