In the eyes of the law, it's not different. Hill knew he was an adult and has to know that this girl is a child.

I suppose some would say she is fairly liberal, but most would just say she is fair. extended probation,, continued curfew(which he has diligently respected and abided by), community service, and the like are what should be expected. His misdemeanor charge of carnal juvenile of a juvenile is what it is. Don't make it out to be worse than it is. Someone used the word "forced" earlier in reference to what happened. The ignorance is laughable. I can assure you that Jeremy is a decent person that is aware he has made mistakes. Give him the chance he deserves. The courts will, as they regularly do in situations like these. It wouldn't be very fair to throw the book at him because of who he is. Just like it wouldn't be fair to just dismiss these charges altogether. Nothing is for certain besides rantards rantarding
