Seems like we heard many of the same things about Jordan Jefferson back in the day. Miles raved how JJ had shown so much improvement in spring practice and had been to this & that camp.

However, let's wait and see the spring game and what develops in the fall practices starting in August.

Also, I hope that the presence of another scholarship QB in Justin McMillan would make things at least a tiny bit more competitive, but the reports on him have been scarce. Is he just an emergency back-up until next season when Franks arrives?

I think Miles is a good coach and I support him. However, the QB situation has never been his strong suite. Also, he is secretive fellow and not much info will ever come out of practice because the reporters are limited in their time. They never see a full practice...not even close. I think we all knew McMillan wasn't a "starting" candidate especially as a true frosh. He is there in case both QB's get injured. If LSU loses 5 or more games reason for major concern exists.

I don't think that will happen. It has occurred three times this century and LSU had a better record the following year on the first two.

Jennings go pro? What the hell you smoking? If any team picks him up I will be shocked. You are kidding, right?
