I think he legitimately may have gotten a step faster and more physical in his running ability since last year.

I couldn't help but worry about him possibly being a distraction when he was reinstated, but honestly the guy is a huge weapon running the option and tucking it and going. Les is doing a pretty good job rotating both guys too IMO.

I agree. He was patient and elusive. All for JL starting but man is it good to have JJ!!!

I thought he looked great running the ball as well, much stronger than last year. I just think he needs to hand the ball off more, seems like they are able to key in on him too much. If he would make his reads and make the hand off it would open even more room for him to run.

He did a great job yesterday, but I don't think I'll ever confuse Vince Young during his college days with JJ. Nonetheless, he's a good weapon, and will likely be needed to help this team get where it wants to go.

He also was afforded 4 less games of not gettinmg banged on so he has fresh legs.

Its a good thing that he's eligible and playing. We will need him nov 5

JJ does look stronger, very confident. I think working with Coach K, was like an antibiotic to get rid of an illness for both JJ & JL...and that disease was Crowton...

I wish they would sell that Vitamin K. Sometimes, I wake up in the morning, eat a Lil Debbie and still feel like I have a case of the Crowtons.

JJ has to learn that it's an option. He'll be even morning effective if he actually gives it to Shep a few times....

I think he is not as fast as last year because he has put on 10-15 lbs. He does do a little Cam Newton by getting the snap, looking at the defense and then adjusting accordingly. He looks confident and more focused than ever. We don't lose anything when he is in the game. We actually gain something because he is a dual threat with his arms and legs whereas JL is one dimensional. I love the two QB system. How can anyone question Miles anyway? He always seems to make the best decision that is right for the team.

He ran well yesterday, but definitely missed a few reads. He's gonna keep the ball for Himself more times than not. A Vince Young or Cam Newton comparison is a fricking joke. Rantard Nation is in full force.

If JJ doesn't slide at the end of a run, he might end up watching on the bench.

amen to all that.

And his passing is much better too. He is a valid weapon in our arsenal now.

He and Lee complement each other well - I just wish they could be combined into one player. (with another just like him as backup)

I could not agree more. I think he has grown since the beginning of the season both as a player and as a man. He has learned from his mistakes and he is ready to shock the world with his electricity.

I love JJ and agree he looks a lot faster and a great addition to our offense. I would really like to see him tuck the ball at the goal line.

He looks faster and stronger. I didn't get to see the 2nd half yesterday, but I have yet to see him handoff on those zone read plays.
