Tried to determine this from the above posts, but was not certain.

Was Kenny quoted about this and does she think she can play without risking maybe another concussion?

But it sounds like she won't be available for Sunday's game vs. Louisville, so Jeanne deserves credit for her hustle and solid contributions to LSU.

I understood what you meant, as well as everyone else. It just read the wrong way, that's all and thank you for taking care.

Its not up to Jeanne if she can play, its up to the medical staff. Concussions can be very serious and they are not putting her at risk. She's sadly done, she will be a motivator from the sideline against Louisville and that's final!

Seriously, that's how they carried her off the court?

WBB's version of Jacob Hester. May not have had the utmost of talent, but made up for it in every other aspect.

Jeanne Kenny was in the same class as the best to have graduated from LSU. Her leadership by example and toughness taking all those charges for the team, year after year, is unbelievable.

I loved her relentless spirit and tenacity to win. And as a #2 this year finally getting a break from point, she hit those 3 consistently.

JK will always be one of my favorites. Bet she goes into coaching and the team she picks will be plain lucky. God bless you Jeanne as another injury is not worth the bright future you have ahead.

You said it better than I could. At least you know about it and admit it.

well said, I have followed women's hoops and softball (and football, baseball etc) and would say JK, like Softball's Fico) has done as much to better our program through her efforts and leadership as anyone in these sports in decades. She bleeds purple and gold and plays the game in a way any fan can respect. She has talked about wanting to be a coach..hope she comes to LSU...

What's your problem? Why be a dick? Tell me why you're qualified to completely write off my stance as inaccurate other than this is a message board and you can position yourself squarely behind your keyboard.

I'm wondering if you are the sports guy for channel 2. If so, lol at your innate ability to read off a cue card. And if you are, I now now why you think you know something. And if your not, then oh well

You were the one complaining that she is out for the entire tournament, and about her trying to come back. Concussions are very unpredictable. Some may not take long like a week or two, and some people may never recover from one. Just look at Jahvid Best. He still never got over his concussion he had in I think 2011 and had to retire. All I'm saying is you should not be the judge of someone coming off a concussion. If Jeanne Kennys isn't able to play, or if she wants to but the doctors tell her not to, then she shouldn't play. Her well-being and health is more important than just a game. You shouldn't come off like you know everything, because you don't.

And btw, you're the one that sounds like a dick. If you can't accept that, that's your problem.
