Best WR in LSU history.

Don't care about anyones arguments about Cheeto Head Odell nor Josh Reed nor Michael Clayton nor Eddie Kennison nor anyone else

I like Odell... I love both of them, and this won’t be taken the right way because Landry reps LSU better, and people seem to hate Odell for being “weird” but I think it’s pretty undeniable Odell is a better WR.

It’s still absurd we had him and Odell Beckham on the field at the same time at WR.

Wendell Davis deserves a mention.

Derek, do you even realize that Jarvis never played for Coach O?

Josh Reed had 19-293 against Bama.

No knock on Jarvis at all, he is great. Josh Reed was the best receiver to play at LSU period, only Bilentnikoff winner we have, enough said. Wendell Davis is right there with all of them.

Research Ken Kavanaugh and Carlos Carson before you make statements like that. I love Landry and think he is incredible, but Ken Kavanaugh, Wendell Davis, Carson, and Reed. Find pictures of their hands and see if there are gloves on them...
Carson and Davis had track speed and great hands. Reed had the greatest single season.

Ken Kavanaugh still has the Bears TD record with 50 (the next closest player is 40) and YPC. Keeping in mind the Bears had a guys named Willie Gault and Devin Hester. He was 6’3” 200lbs and played in the 40’s!!!. Even more impressively, he missed time flying bombing missions as a pilot in WWII.

He and Davis were both SEC POY.

No way, man. Those guys are on a very similar level - one that includes several LSU greats, like Eric Martin.

If I had a choice of any LSU receiver in history I would pick Jarvis Landry if it was a college team, and I'd pick Odell if it was a pro team.

I would not criticize anyone who changed out Jarvis for Eric Martin or Josh Reed, but Odell is a cinch.

It’s probably cause you 12 years old when Jarvis played....

Josh Reed didn’t need to make amazing catches.....because he was always wide open.
