Good for JL, I wish only the best for him. He always looked good in practice...footwork, everything from what I always heard.

Let's hope he can do enough in the game to continue to impress.

Great About Lee....hope he impresses everyone on his game. Has JJ been invited to any Bowl games for seniors. Just wondering.

Wouldnt it be amazing if next year....

Flynn is making 10 mil a year as a starter...and Lee is on a NFL roster..

While JaMarcus Russell and Ryan P. sit at home on the couch....

wow...who would have ever thought that...

Would not be surprised to him perform well now that he is away from Tiger fans and Miles!

We had JaMarcus ahead of Flynn, Booty ahead of Rohan, and now JL throws 2 picks and cant even get a snap. What I want to know is what the hell is wrong with the people picking our qb's. The JL-JJ thing is more of a wash than you all will admit. It wasnt exposed this year other than against Alabama. You can thank our OLine for that. That was a lot of his problem in his freshman year. We had no freaking oline. Remember the few years we wasted Charles Scott. This poor decision making spans several coaches that is what I dont get. I mean Davey hold the single season passing record, but yet Booty started over him. I think that is what you all thought would happen. JJ would get benched and another Davey would be born. Unfortunately I think it was just still JL. At least now he is a what if hero instead of being pick 6 lee.

I think the game that best sums up the JJ/JL thing was the Tennessee game last. JJ starts off great with the long TD run, then settles down to a miserable 3-10 for 30 yards with 2 pics. JL comes in to save the day - goes 16-23-145 and gets us into position to win the game - only to have Miles put JJ back in - clock mismanagement - we luckily get an extra play after regulation ends in a loss and we use the extra play to sneak away with a victory. We somehow won in spite of Les and JJ. That is the legacy of the last 4 years.

This is very accurate as a summary of Miles' mis-treatment of Lee.

No.

My quote is the 1st 2 lines of the thread.

Combine them with your line, and he is saying that Miles knew lee could lead a comeback, but Miles kept it from happening to save face.

It's cute watching you e-knight for your bff, though.

JL will get brought in by some NFL team this year as a QB.

JJ will NOT.

That will tell us what thirty something NFL coaches think.

I think both will get looks.

I doubt either takes a snap at QB in an NFL game. . .ever.

Both are practice squad material. . .maybe.

But your post entertained me for about 5 seconds, so thanks for that.

I seriously doubt it. I don't think JJ even gets a call.

Certainly possible this will be the case.

JJ will never get a call. I will be coming back to this thread in June to say I was right.

If JJ gets a call, you will never speak of it again. . .or you will say it was Miles' influence.

JL/JJ are not NFL material. . .and neither is MORE NFL material than the other. Both have taken their last snaps as the head of a franchise's offense.

Thank God.

The JJ lovers all love to call JL pick six. How many pick sixes were thrown after his freshman season?

Yeah they did. . .a year ago. . .

I haven't seen anyone call him that in forever. . .
