This is a lot bigger than everyone downplaying it wants to believe. LMAO @ thinking they caught him with one bottle or something. Being a fairly wealthy athlete he probably has a ton if it, wouldn't surprise me if he was even dealing a bit (since he's probably rolling with a bad crowd and his NFL career is going nowhere).

He's probably broke and can't afford anything better.

Actually, booey, he's right... there are a couple of instance where, at least in the state of Louisiana, you can sell scheduled five controlled substances without a prescription, without an ID, etc...

don't know why the law allows it, but it does... very, very few patients actually know this, but yeah, if you were to come to my pharmacy and ask for Lomotil for diarrhea, i could sell you some without a prescription at my discretion....

I talked to Chris Samuels at a crawfish boil recently. He said JR is the picture of the athlete who got the big contract and just quit giving a shite about anything but playing the big shot. Said every time he goes back to mobile, he acts all big league, hangs out with all the wrong people and just has the shittiest attitude possible.

He also does a pretty funny Steve Spurrier imitation. He didn't exactly respect the man when he coached the Skins.

This guy is such a loser. He'll be panhandling and consuming your tax dollars within 5 years.

Well, on the bright side he paid around 15 million in taxes on his Raider money, and if he becomes broke he won't live long enough to get a tiny fraction of that back no matter what costs he runs up, incarceration, medical etc.

Still, I would not wish this on anyone. Now he has lots of money and an arrest record. The sad thing is he probably believes he in the place he wants to be and sees nothing wrong. He had the talent, physical ability, but not the sense. I hope we don't recruit anymore like that at LSU.

I do, I'd take a player exactly like JR as LSU's quarterback this year in a heartbeat. Character is really overrated in college football and if a coach runs his program the right way and watches his players there's no reason that they should have any problems. As long as they stay trouble free throughout their LSU career, just like Jamarcus did, I could give a shite less how much trouble they get in for the rest of their careers in the NFL

Yeah, it's so easy to tell what a 17 year old might do when he is 24!

Since we should be able to see 7 yrs into the future, why don't we just invest in all the stocks that will be winners by then?
