State wasn’t a top hitting team last year or the year before.

When the LSU pitcher, Little, grooves a fast ball down the middle of the plate on a 1-2 count against a good hitter, bad things are going to happen. This the problem with LSU pitchers. Either they don't know how to pitch or they have terrible control of their pitchers.

Little was not the issue this game lmfao. I swear some people find a player to hate on. The dude came into the game when there was already 7 runs scored and yet its his fault. State beat our pitchers for most the weekend as an entire staff.

It was a breaking ball. Not a bad pitch but got too much of the zone for a 2 strike count.
