Raymond I don't know. Don't believe that's all on him this year. He had three freshman playing a lot in his secondary and Loston who was never a good coverage guy even with Cooper here.

Hard for me to blame him for anything. I read somewhere Coop had at least two upperclassmen CB every year.

The only staff members that deserve raises are Wilson & Haley

ETA: derp. Forgot Haley got a raise in the summer

Ensminger though, please send him on the road. Push Henry to WR/TE coach and go out and get Ben Wilkerson as our OL coach...

Tired of negatigers

Miles doesn't know they exist.

Only way he goes to Arky is if LSU doesn't match what they offer, period.

I actually thought our secondary played well considering how overhyped our front four has been. Hard to blame a secondary when a QB had 6 seconds to throw.

We lacked DT pressure this year and it hurt Mingo/Montgomery who have played well overall, just not as dominant as expected.

I'm not sure LSU is prepared to go out and get a homerun hire at this time.

While I don't believe he's going anywhere, ANY athletic director, if he's worth a shite and is doing his JOB, has a short list of replacement candidates at his fingertips, and their agents on his rolodex. (sorry if my use of the antiquated term "rolodex" dates me ... frick you.)

I can think of 10 coaches off the top of my head whose agents would get an immediate phone call ... I'd make Jon Gruden tell me no. If he says no, what's the harm? Charley Strong, Dan Mullen, Franklin at Vandy, Peterson, Patterson, are all attractive possibilities.

BTW, an AD worth his salt is able to put out feelers on the downlow w/o the media getting a whiff. Not sure Alleva is worth his salt.

This

Why is everyone obsessed with this guy? He has a mediocre record in the NFL......and no college experience.

Whoever hires him will have a massive buyout on their hands in 3 years if he flames out.
