Just thought it was kind of cool that he is still his wearing purple and golds pads. You can see them when he turns to the side.

Hester is the kind of player that should have a team award named after him... one of the best 'heart' players ever.

This I remember his senior year I wanted him in on every play I didnt care if he was tired or not lol

During the Florida game in 2007 my brother, who played at Texas, texted me "Hester is a football god." That night, he was.

I really, REALLY liked Jacob Hester, but I also remember him being used extensively in some games where it was painfully obvious someone else had a hotter hand (Kentucky with CS). That being said, its amazing how he has been playing undersized full back. He textbook low blocks.
