What?

You think he looked disorganized last season?

in '07, he won the National Championship. Disorganized? (Let me save you the time, we backed into it, right?)

33-1 on Saturday night home games? Disorganized? (By the way, that is since he has been here, not counting when Saban was here)

So to say he looks disorganized is a bit much. Maybe he's not doing what you would do but you can't argue with his production.

It might not be fancy at times but nonetheless, you can't argue with the results.

Everything else is personal opinion. He's the only coach, in the country, to beat Saban more than once since Saban went to Bama yet Miles gets no recognition for that.

I would like him to let a real OC do their jobs. I think ppl look past circumstances. I think Krags would have had control of the offense had he not been sick. I think miles took the reigns bc he doesn't trust stud. It's all opinion based and nobody knows any different. Doesn't make it right, doesn't make it wrong.

In short, I am very happy to be contending for a title every. fricking. Year. Ive been a fan much longer that LSU's recent success. The program is as consistent as its ever been.

Who would be your first 3 choices to replace him? Someone tearing up the big 10?

The first step is admitting it.

Look at how long it takes too programs to go down after the coach that got them there leaves. The point is, it's not always as easy as "PLAY ____ instead!" or "fire ____!!!". Juggling coaches does more harm than good (tenn for example). Is the man perfect? No. But if saban wasn't @ Bama keeping them successful, Meyers and miles would be playing in the SECCG every year sans 2010.

I agree with a lot of this, and I've been watching LSU since I was a kid in the 80's, so lets be clear that I didn't start watching them 10 years ago. Like I said before, I like the guy as a person, just don't like him as the coach. And there aren't any good replacements for him, which is exactly why we ended up with him in the first place

He may at least focus more on our strengths this game. We really need a loud crowd that night. McCrappins ears need to bleed. lmao

Earthquake night.

Honestly, not a shot at you at all, but scroll up to the top of this page and read my post.

That's the truth. No, I don't have the answers to everything, like I said, everything aside from what I posted is personal opinion.

Just read what I posted and think about it.

Once again, not a shot at you personally.

I have no reasonable expectation that CLM will allow creativity and reasonable change in any large degree. But his history is that he WILL NOT make substantial game plan changes. Too stuck in his ways and thinking that D and special teams will win all the games. Because of the above, I don't think we have any chance against Bama
Some realistic people on here actually seem to "Get It." The secret playbook did't arrive in time for 1/9/12 and it wont be arriving from Ruston in time for the Bama game.

What you see is what you get come sink or swim for Les Miles and the offense.

Looking at the bigger picture overall, sometimes short term sacrifices need to be made in order to assure long term success.

I read it. Yes, his record is good, but that doesn't mean he can't be disorganized and unprepared way too often. He recruits well and gets the players ready to play most of the time, but he just makes too many boneheaded decisions for me. And you don't have to apologize for the shot at me, it makes me laugh

Again, personal opinions.

Not saying you're not entitled to that.

Anyway, we cheer for the same team.

It's not my opinion that he makes too many boneheaded decisions, that's a fact, it's just that for me it happens too often for me to support him, and for others it's not

C'mon man, how did you not comprehend that? He makes too many boneheaded decisions. That bothers some people and some people it doesn't.

I did.

Apparently you didn't.

Those were your words.

Personal opinions, again.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion. I don't quite follow why it bothers some to give the man the credit he deserves.

It doesn't bother me to give him credit, just don't like him as the coach

It's my honest opinion that Miles has held back all year for Bama
This next game is our season.

We will have an astoundingly good gameplan.

I hope

Opinions are like a-holes.

So Miles lost to UF as a "Rope a dope" strategy?

Miles isn't changing anything. WYSIWYG
