Does CBK have 4 appearances in the championships?

Does Beth Torina have 1 appearance in the championship game?

Who has a better win percentage?

Is it really fair to either coach to compare things that do not really allow for very good comparison?

Does Torino? You’re counting a WCWS appearance as a championship appearance?

Just to piggyback on your observation. Torina has a 6-8 record in the four women's college world series that LSU has reached in her tenure as HC. She reached the Semis in 2015 and 2016 before being eliminated and did not make it out of the second round in 2012 and 2017.

2012 1-2
2015 2-2
2016 2-2
2017 1-2

On the bright side, at least she has avoided the dreaded "2 and Q".

He appears to be 2 for 2 in the sports that matter. I personally would have fought for Wade and told the NCAA to blank off like the other schools have successfully done. I think the Emmert family connection (whatever it is) didn't allow him to do so.

All that being said, I LOVE LSU, and am thrilled with BK, and McMahon is growing on me quickly. If he wins big here, I'll be all for him, if not, he'll have to go, because the right coach in BR can have a Scott Drew/Baylor type thing going on here.

He had me nervous when he gave Orgeron that extension, but he’s done pretty well on his hires so far.

Woody had no choice but to give Ed that extension....it would have sent a bad message to future new hires if he did not.

When Kelly earns something, we will talk. I was one of the posters on the Coaching Changes Board that mentioned hiring Kelly would be good before it was announced so I’m no Kelly hater.
If he shows similarities like he is showing some now, I’m going to be concerned. He has a reputation of being hard headed and not changing his scheme. You can see it with going after the TEs, which are important but being “physical” will get you beat regularly in the SEC. You have to be explosive.
