Is Ticketcity.com a legit site?

Stubhub is the official resale market for LSU athletics, but yes, ticketcity is also legit. They are even title sponsor for a bowl game.
ETA: *were a title sponsor of a bowl game. It's now called the Heart of Dallas Bowl.
