i agree that the SEC officials do suck. its supposed to be the best conference for football in the nation, so why cant we find the best officials? it seems as if the game is too fast for them and they cant keep up with the athletes on the field. btw, on the PP interception that was called back, the announcers on TV were even saying that it should be overturned before they made the announcment on the field. those kind of plays make you wonder who is really on the other end talking to the head ref while he reviews the play.

you have to factor in the change of momentum. And with 5 minutes or so around the 40 we can run the ball, which we were doing with success. lots of if's, lots of wondering.

if slive or whatever his name is, is allowed to say coaches cant talk about refs... then tv should be allowed to hear what refs say. put mic's on the zebras and the replay guys in the booth. sounds fair to me.

There were a few calls that I thought were going to go Bama's way, that ended up in LSU's favor. But in such a pivotal point in the game that potentially could CHANGE the outcome of the game (LSU had to get a TO to get the ball back trailing by 6 late in the game to have a chance to drive for the winning score, but instead Bama retains possession and salts the game with a FG), the spotlight is right on it and the stakes are VERY HIGH to get the call right. So if EVERYONE (including Bama supporters) say the call was wrong, then how or why could they not see the same thing and get the call right? It's mindboggling and can only lead to rampant speculation of fixes, etc. instead of simply gross incompetence.
