So 1 game now defines an entire season?

It has the past two seasons.

I see UNC, WVU, Bama, Florida, Auburn and Arkansas as the core of a tough schedule. I don't see any gimmees there.

Yeah, then throw in Tenn. that we always struggle with, Moo State that should have beat us last year, OM ( goes without saying), and even McN. St. will be pumped up(see La Tech in 09)and should be a lot of fun. Glad I have season tickets!

The period between DiNardos 3rd and 4th year was not too much fun

This was actually DiNardo's pinnacle, preseason rank 7th.

it was midway into the 4th season(1998) before everyone realized what "Complete Linebacking" was all about.

98-99 offseason was pretty bleak.

Where did I? I'm saying the schedule is much more favorable than it could have been. It's more favorable than any even-numbered schedule we've had going into the season.

5 Games defined 08
4 games defined 09

08 Alabama
09 Alabama

Both years if LSU beats Alabama we have a pretty good season. That's what a season defining game is.

Never said they would suck, not saying LSU has an easy win on schedule either.

yeah, McNeese St. should be tough

just admit it, you're a closet Bama fan and can't get enough of Nick Saban's c*ck up your arse.

You're retarded. Truly retarded, aren't you?

We packed it up in 08 after losing to Alabama. Ole Miss is a toss up, even with a loss we still go 9-3, 10-3 after the bowl game.

The 09 team is the same way.

We wouldn't of had 4 losses in 08 if we beat Alabama.

OMG 1 gimme game... Much like ULL/La Tech/Tulane this year. That is 3 wins which helps compared to 1, I am sorry I did not become an LSU fan in 2000 like yourself.

fail.

my dad and both uncle's went to LSU. I attended my first game in 1996. I attended school there for 4 years.

NOW, stfu and go put Saban's d*ck back in your mouth.

Unless you think Miles/Crowton will suddenly change their coaching style and actually have LSU prepared to play.

Yeah, kind of like '07 huh?

The problem is we could have easily lost almost every game as well. Good coaches can play more talented teams and win. Good coaches destroy crappy teams that have lesser talent with an occasional bad week. LSU struggles against all teams with Miles as the coach. They never come prepared and no matter who we face, it's a nail biter.

Still a bandwagon fan I see... Didn't start following LSU until Saban took over. I guess you hate facts and prefer opinions to that.

you really suck at flaming. Saban wasn't at LSU until 2000. I watched every single game on TV with my dad up until high school (80s and the first half of the 90s) then started taking trips to Tiger Stadium once I was old enough to drive.
