Is there that many people there?

Need some help here guys. I gave my tickets to a buddy for his first game at TS and advised him to park in the Levee lots or hayfield. He said he arrived in BR around 2:30 and has been in solid traffic, only to get to the free lots and they are full and baricaded up.
Anybody suggest anywhere else to park?
