Just a little innovation on offense? How about on the first play of the game you pitch the ball to Fornette and he runs as if its a sweep only for him to pull up and hit a wide open receiver streaking down the field because you know the CB and safety will streak towards Fornette!!!

Wouldn't mind seeing this. shite it atleast would show that they thought just alittle bit of what they were going to do on offense for the game.

yes-he did play some QB but his junior/ senior year went to RB.

Not even that extreme. Just please throw a play action the first play of the game or something. We are so damn predictable that it used to be funny. It ain't funny anymore. It's sad.

A smart coaching staff would realize that we do not appear to have the O Line talent to open holes against a stacked/stunting front or to pass protect for a pro-set 7-step drop. They would then devise a game plan that put BH in the gun, run 3/4 wides to give him easy reads and throws and multiple running options. They would rotate LF/Guice non-stop and let them pick a hole and steamroll anyone stupid/brave enough to try to get in the way.
But that would take smarts....and I'm not a highly paid offensive guru, so........

That is Les. Bragged on Chark during the spring and summer--I knew he would not get to play. When a play works for Les you will not see it for a long time.
