Is there any reason to not fire Johnny Jones right now?

If Brady couldn't make it through the season, then there can't possibly be one reason to keep JJ coach one more day. He may be the worst coach LSU has ever had. He was a terrible hire and has been terrible since day one. LSU Basketball deserves better than this shite-show!

None that are coming to mind at this exact moment. Very sad it's come to this but it's time to cut bait. It's really been time

Our AD (Not typing his name cause I don't care for him) is on the phone with Collis Temple to get his approval.

Wouldn't shock me if Temple was on the short list

Steal ULLs coach. He seems decent and it would be hilarious.

Last 4 games we lost we have given up 393 points! Let that sink in.

Don't forget to get Clarence Ceasar's take.

I hope Chuck makes a joke about Johnny Jones tomorrow night and Shaq better not defend him.

Reasons? He played at LSU and was a long-time assistant.

Those are reasons, but, not good enough reasons.

Don't see any sensible way he can be retained as we have officially bottomed out.

I do not see things getting better. Hate to fire a coach mid-season, but the coaching search has to be started regardless. The end of the Jones era has officially arrived.

Last season was very much like Brady's 2007 season. High expectations and a terrible finish with no postseason play. That was Brady's second to last season.

Brady was fired midway through the next season when it was clear the team was no longer responding to him.

This is the exact same situation and Jones didn't go to a final four two seasons before this.

It's time.

Have we ever been blown out so many times in one season? We're not even half way through conference play. How we keep him is mind boggling.

We may lose to Kentucky 110-50. If we lost by less than 30 points, I would be very surprised. Imagine if Blakeney didn't come back? We have a NBA player on our roster and we are losing games by 30 points.

What's the point as long as Alleva and F King are running the show? There won't be a coaching search just like there wasn't one for football or the last basketball hire.
