Is there a chance things aren't as they seem?

What I witnessed is a nightmare that everyone seems happy to be living through.

My question, is there a chance that we can just be holding out for someone like Kelly or Herman and Les retires in a few weeks? I just need some hope.

Nope, Les is your coach in 2016 unless Saban decides he wants to come home.

I think the only thing we can hope for is Miles to let go of the offense. There is no hope of LSU having anyone other than Miles as HC next year.

Talks with Jimbo were a Sexton ploy. Never made sense. A blind man can see that.

That's actually a secret fantasy of many, many Sabanistas. Doesn't make any sense - at all - but they still entertain it. I don't understand it, but that doesn't make it not true.

I'm sure there were "talks" but they probably never got past the "how much will this cost?" stage.

This is not Saban's "home".

Someone tell me we can get major applewhite or someone who's different. I am burnt out on the "pro style" or whatever we try to call this.

Thanks for clearing that up. I think you knew where the joke was going with that, Mr. Spock.

If by "talks" you mean hypotheticals by Sexton, without even naming his client, probably a euphemism like "College head coach in Tallahassee" - trying to fish for what the top dollar would be? Probably.

If you mean serious negotiations about Jimbo Fisher being the next coach at LSU? Absolutely not. Some kind of delusion going on - FSU to LSU would be a lateral move in 2015. That's an absolute fact.
