he's made a deal, but he hasn't been to the sentencing hearing yet. he's still out there.

The judge will probably suspend his sentence and give him 5 year probation.......but then again if not he's fricked...he don't look hard enough to make it in OPP

Hasn't been formally sentenced yet. Just pled. Has court date for formal sentencing under plea deal. Likely to have jail time suspended with conditions set
