This question may have been brought up before, but the guy that does the West Coast SportsCenter with Neil Everett has to be at least from Louisiana. Every time Brad Hawpe does anything he calls him "Former LSU star". And on top then plays tonight he said "Fontenot doing it just like Skip Bertman taught him." Anybody know if this guy went to LSU?

The guy you're talking about is Stan Verrett.

Found this on Wiki.

Verrett was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. His boyhood home was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina.

He attended St. Augustine High School (New Orleans) and Howard University in Washington, D.C.

He's posted on here before under espnsaint I believe. Said he always dreamed of playing football for LSU and the Saints. He's always pimping the LSU pros.

East coast ESPN hates LSU...fixed it. Syracuse grads dominate in Storrs, Conn...hence the 24-7 love fest for big east hoops.

So will Verrett or Everett host any more regular ESPN sportscenters or just West Coast?
