If so Saints should draft Kendell in 2nd. Debo is a beast!

It'll never happen with this the current Saints staff. They continuously pass and get burned by LSU players. You have an NFL farm team in your back yard and too stupid to get them.

You can't coach speed. Beckwith can hit RBs harder, but an O Lineman is gonna Blick him everytime. Debo can run around O Linemen...

Debo is a probowler so I'd venture to say beckwith isn't as good yet

You'll get down voted by all the retarded Saints fans, but it's true.

Danielle Hunter - 12.5 sacks, TD, FF, safety in 2016
Kwon Alexander - 145 tackles (108 solo), 3.0 sacks, TD, int, FF, 5 PDs, in 2016
Debo Jones - 108 tackles (75 solo), 2 TDs, 3 ints, 11 PDs, plus in playoffs 1 int and 1 FF in 2016

These guys are from the last 3 draft classes.

To add didn't the Saints pass on Jarvis Landry and select another receiver instead?

Debo and Kwon are both smaller/undersized linebackers but both have freakish speed and are great open-field tacklers. They are the new breed of NFL LB's, super athletic and versatile. They can hit, they can cover, and they are explosive.

Beckwith is more of the prototype middle linebacker. Big, powerful, and aggressive. But he's not going to blow you away with his speed or movement. Yes he moves well for a guy his size, but he's not super flexible and doesn't possess the same type of change of direction like Debo and Kwon.

Honestly, Beckwith might be wise to drop a few pounds and focus on improving his lateral quickness and agility for the NFL. Beckwith will be great against the run, and he has pass rushing ability, but he'll have to cover in the NFL more than he did in college.

Sean Payton is a poser, taking money from the saints putting out a Shitty product on the field. Belechek and Quinn got the memo.....on LSU...

watch out! some assclown will come here and tell you Atlanta has not drafted anybody from UGA.

yet missing the point that the saints defense has sucked for some time and if all the saints drafted was LSu players on defense they would be better than they were/are.

Too be fair, Odell was the top receiver on their board. He was just selectes before their pick. Also, Cooks is a better fit for the Saints compared to Landry. Cooks being a deep threat opens up other things for the Saints offense.

I'm a Saints fan and I agree. I've read a few months back that one of loomis family members got beat up pretty bad by Lsu players so from that point on he has held a grudge against dem

To be fair Landry is better fit for saints. They have always been possession receiver team. He catches literally everything. He is good RAC. He is exactly what saints like. Not saying we need him any longer after last war draft
