I mean for LSU not necessarily Les Miles.

If we close out strong we are looking at our 3rd 20- 5 class in a row (2, 5 and 1 at this point)

IN 2017 those classes will make up our 4th, 3rd and 2 year players, and more than likely we will be returning a Senior who is 3rth year Starter at QB.

Yes, we will lose a few very good players (LF7 most likely, Beckwith, Adams)
But we will have more talent than we have had on any team since 2007)

We have a great chance these next two years of winning something(s) I hope we make the most of it, but 2017 looks extremely bright as well.

I see 2017 as a year with a lot of young, but experienced players filling in gaps.

We will have a 3rd year Key, Guice, Tehema, Tolliver, etc though.

Should be?

so if we don't win in 2016 we have no chance in 2017?

That 2011 team was pretty good.

You will lose your stars in 2016, but the 2017 team should still be really good. Really depends on what Harris looks like in his 3rd year as a starter.

We have a much better chance this year than 17.

It's a never ending circle of the excuse well we are just young.

No matter what happens next year a bunch of guys are gone. Because they should leave. So then in 17 the narrative will be crazy talented but these guys are young. It's just a big revolving door

If we can't find anyone better than Harris at QB by 2017 we are in trouble.

I would have said we had a better chance with Jamarcus Russell, Dwayne Bowe, Buster Davis and Laron Landry in 2006.

But that doesn't close the door. What i am saying is i don't think the window closes next year.

and people insisting it is are just ignoring the recruiting trail.

This year is probably best shot at a championship until 2018 or 19

We won't be young in 2016

The talent and experience is more than there this coming season, time to take off the leash and let the dogs play. If not now then it will never happen.

If we can't get it done with the guys coming back (and those projected to return) along with other teams' losses, when will we?

Of course it's not for LSU but absolutely fir Miles

Guess which team's fan base doesn't ask this question every year due to the fact that it doesn't really matter what players are leaving

if we only lose Hawkins to NFL, then 100%, yes. This has to be the year

our best players are JR's and we return good SR leadership

If we can't get it done in 2016, I can't imagine the shortcoming (s) being something that will be fixed in 2017.

Crazy they were all true freshmen this year. It's scary to think how much they'll improve for next year, let along their junior year. I'm also expecting big things from Tyron Johnson.

Future looks bright for our Tigers!

Look at the depth chart. LF7, Godchaux, Adams, Dupre off the top of my head.

Also look at our opponents depth charts...2016 in or bust.
