is it bandwagon?

if you're a big LSU baseball fan, you've been to games at Zephyr Field, but you haven't ever been to the old or new Alex Box and you want to go this weekend.

you've watched the team for years, since you were little, you remember where you were when warren morris hit the home run, when we won the next year over alabama, and when we beat stanford in the 9th inning???? you've made it a point to watch the regionals and super regionals, so much so that it's a rite of summer for you. and every year seems to deliver a "classic" at this point, such as when we beat baylor last week in 10, game 3 of the uc irvine series last year, when we hit the walk off homer against unc wilmington or whoever, when we won the game that ended at night against VCU to move on, when we killed baylor in that super regional game 3, even going back to game 1 of the zephyr field super regional even though we lost that series.

yeah we missed the tournament and traveled for super regionals i know but i've gone my whole life that i can remember without seeing LSU at someone else's regional.

for some reason i've never been to the box, and i've only been to TS once 8 years ago (the alabama replay game... hell, that's the same number of times i've been to ULL's cajun field. they lost to mc neese i should add). i've been in the PMAC for the dance team competitions when my sister did it.

but is it bandwagon and douchey if i make it this saturday???????? i can understand why but once i get in the box you wouldn't know i was a first time fan. i'm sure i won't be the only one this weekend.

or is it the rule that i have to go to empty midweek games or whatnot to get my first taste (lol)????
