So what's an early forecast for starting lineup?

QB - Jennings
RB - Hill (Or is he gone too)
WR- ?
WR- ?

Yes I would because it's a JOB and not a game.

The NFL doesn't pay the players? That's news to me. I guess all those Joe Flacco articles this past summer were just complete fabrications.

Based on the evidence so far, Jennings will never throw an incomplete pass.

No, you presume I am. I'm the only Tiger fan that believes in commitment and being a bigger part of something.

That's easy to say when your only "commitment" is being a fan, and no one is offering you 6,7,8 figures to play football. It's a selfish rationale on a fan's part. Basically you're saying "I think these guys should play 4 years for my enjoyment and not take a monumental opportunity to better their own lives"

At least three. One of them will actually be Jason White's.

Pfft. That thing has been passed around more than an Orange Pride girl on Junior Day in Stillwater.

midget WR's aren't really a huge commodity. I dont see why they wouldnt come back. Maybe 1 would make a boneheaded choice, but i cant see both

Yes, if is easy to say and just as easy when all of TD explodes over being the best coach or QB or player that walk this earth.

Look sh!t happens in life and some players stay to chase that crystal and most don't. I'm glad they have that god given talent and want them to be the best Tigers. But if the need was here......

Well if they aren't huge commodities then their stock will probably never be higher than it will be after this year.

Beckham's ST and big play ability will get him drafted in the first few rounds, for sure.

They are great for LSU, but it is hard to see these guys as anything more than third or fourth rounders due to lack of speed.

Agreed.

size and speed really. Odell is about comparable to Desean Jackson only not as explosive (yes, its true). Landry is comparable to Michael Clayton but with more speed. I dont see either being able to improve on their weaknesses, so I wouldn't be surprised to see them leave early. (ala Ridley)

I'm no Mel Kiper, but I could see Landry staying but Landry leaving.

Based purely on the eye test, Landry looks like an NFL receiver right now, but Beckham doesn't.

Landry looks like one of the best blockers on the team, and he doesn't CATCH a football. The football comes near him, and he GRABS it out of the air.

I'm not sure I've ever seen a better technique.

Again though, that's just what I see, and I'm not an expert.

The simple fact that NFL salaries in round 2 thru 5 are basically the same is what's motivating these kids to,leave early. They will never be 1rst round picks so go early.
