Is Hayride and tRant the only place that is supportive of Will Wade?

And understands the nuance associated with the matter?

Everywhere else it like Neanderthal man: "FBI wire tap bad. NCAA good. Grunt, grunt, grunt."

Yes, the keyboard warriors of tRant understand the nuances of the impact of testimony in federal criminal court insofar as it bears on NCAA regulations, all wrapped around school administrative policy.

These brave, worldly warriors definitely have a more penetrating understanding than, say, the people who do it for a living.

It looked like everyone at the PMac was in full support, too. T-Shirts, signs, chanting, etc.

Got your sarcasm but Alleva's track record is not that supportive of your assumption he is doing the right thing. And apparently he is not doing the right thing based on the current debacle that could have been avoided but exacerbated by Alleva.

There are much better lawyers posting on tRant than whatever garbage you hired to get you out of your possession charge

This is where I get aggravated by this thing. I get the suspension. I would have reinstated after an investigation turned up nothing, but ok Alleva thinks he's doing what's best. His comments and the timing of those comments on Wade are inexcusable and unforgivable.

I get the suspicion that F King, Alleva, the compliance department and the LSU legal counsel are all playing CYA and no one wants to step up and make a decision.

I don't believe the LSU admin has clear cause and it's obvious that Will Wade still has a super majority of fan support.

You can tell by some in the media and the low post Alleva bots on here that Alleva is trying to breakdown the fan support for Will Wade. If fan support for Will Wade ever gets quiet it could get dangerous for Will Wade.

This is how I felt about the statement made that discussing illegal offers is a violation as well as it sounded like they were laying the groundwork to fire Wade. I have no clue what Alleva was trying to do with the interview after the Yale win. I would love to know what his thought process was there. Neither media release did anything to help LSU and both actually hurt LSU IMO.

I have spoken to many LSUMBB season ticket holders. Not one defends Alleva/FKA and ALL want WW back ASAP.

The LSU Basketball Community wants Will Wade at our helm and its near unanimous, IMO.

Will Wade and Bruce Pearl have lawyers that do this for a living. They were both advised not to talk to their AD's

At first, yes. Jordy might be the only one left, I'm not completely sure on him. T-Bob, Moscona, and Ott/Hanny have either bought into the institutional control narrative, the "we had no choice because he wouldn't meet rationale," or both.

Now, they are all still critical of alleva. But, what drives me crazy is the lack of context and omission of facts when people talk about the actions of LSU and Wade. For example, it is rarely mentioned now that Wade was acting on the advice of counsel when he declined to meet and/or that the NCAA would be present.

Wade needs to coach. The players and their parents want this, the fans want this. The truth about what is really going on is not being shared. Alleva is incompetent. ...

Joe your story will be exposed eventually. The local media needs to ask the ones affected. Go back and look at Ed Waters interview from SEC tournament.
