IMO yes. They always put out a solid, hard nosed defense. Their LB core is young but their front 4 were easily the best we've seen. Which is sad to say considering we lost to MSU and a sun belt team.

No. They had 4 freshmen dbs and a freshmen linemen today playing on defense. They are way younger than us and that just magnified how much our passing game sucks. Etling can’t see over the line and the receivers are not good at getting off blocks.

We don’t have a ST coach. Our WR coach is just a recruiter. These guys can’t be taught by a shadow staff. What a waste of money.

Hell yes. UF has guys who be in the NFL and is always a strong defensive team.
Our efforts and performances versus State and Troy made us lose those games. We were VERY bad those nights.

I believe they are. I know state manhandled LSU but Florida still has a better defense imo particularly with their front.

They were better than Troy. The MSU DL was better which made the matchup worse for us.
