Is Everyone Blind???????????

Just curious to know, but then again, maybe my glasses were fogged up.
But Im pretty sure, since I was sitting in the stadium up close and personal, but ETLING didnt complete a pass in the second half. Donte Jackson got burnt many many times by a second rate receiver, and Jacksonville's defensive line was somewhat smaller than LSU's ..
Now Im no Nostradomus, but I have a very itchy feeling, that up against a large defensive line (SEC TYPE) and up against some very quick Receivers we are going to get embarrassed.
Guys, we ran the same plays with ETLING that we do with HARRIS, it just seemed exciting because ETLING did a very good job of coming in and picking up the pieces. But he fell apart the second half, and all of the SEC knows our play book.
I say we hold up on the celebrating, because we still have WEST NILE (LES MILES) making decisions and running a 6 year old play book

We actually scored points with Etling, so thats something kind of important in the game of football.

love how you jumped over the 2nd quarter

I think most rational people have seen this. The 2nd quarter we saw what we've never seen in the past 3 or 4 years at LSU. Etling's progression and checking down to receivers. We threw a dump pass to the tight end. A dump pass thrown correctly to the HB. We saw more action out of tightends in 2 plays than all of last season. We also saw how a respectable passing attack opens up the run big time.
However, come 2nd half, it looked like a different offense. That shitty play action pass to the deep route was run what, 3 or 4 more times? Stop calling that fricking play. It appears that Les took over the reigns the 2nd half. We don't need bombs every pass. Short passes will cause the DB's to cheat in. Passing will also open up the run. Run short routes and running plays, and eventually, you'll have the deep ball. It also didn't help that Dupre has frying pan hands.
And our defense was awful.

I bet you are the only one that laughs every time you say this.

IT was Jacksonville State! I didnt see anything that was impressive with us. Glad we won but to look at this game as improvement is ridiculous. I think we regressed actually

Holy crap. That's funny. You may be the funniest guy I have ever seen. Such wit and humor. I'd venture to say that you may have missed your calling. I'm not sure what you do for a living, but if it doesn't entail comedy or entertaining people in sold out venues, you're selling yourself short. I'm thinking HBO specials and DVDs with profits in the millions. No, seriously. You should really do it.
Hahahahahaha
Hahahaha
