Is a $2M Chip Kelly consulting gig a better trade than the $15M buyout?

What would you consider an acceptable amount to bring Chip into a consulting role this season? ESPN is reporting that consulting for someone may be an option for him.

I really think he will be the HC for an NFL team next season.
But no. I don't think we pay him 2m to consult. You may as well fire Cam in January and pay him that to be OC.
