OBJ was #4 in the state on Rivals and 247.
He was behind Freak, La'el, and Jarvis.

He was a tiny guy coming out of HS... it's hard to rank someone so high when they're 5'11" 180

He was 165 at most coming out of high school. I remember thinking to myself he's good but damn he's gonna be small compared to the other receivers.
