I like how they talk and seemingly joke with each other. Especially Braswell and Milam. They have chemistry. As far as next year, Tommy's gone and probably Bear. Opinions on who will start at the corners next year?

I think the portal is going to bring in a large group so it’s hard to speculate based off who is currently on the bench

Nippolt
Brown
Kucherak
Roellig
Frey

Doesn't matter if he's 21

Turns 21 in August. Not sure when draft eligibility cutoff is.

Didn't Larson play first in fall?

If Nippolt is ever a starter this team is in very, very bad shape

If I’m not mistaken Project said his birthday is cutoff day
I think he comes back

I’m not sure about Larson in the fall, I have no memory
Could be interesting but I think Brown gets it if Jay doesn’t target someone in the portal

I left Milam off my list previously but I think that him starting next season is a given

They changed it a couple years ago from a floating date based on the draft to simply August 1st.

Bear's birthday is August 1st.

At first base, if Jones goes pro, on the current roster Larson and Frey are both listed at 1B for their summer teams. Brown could also play there.

Incoming guys we have the Cali JUCO guy Schmidt who has worked solely at 1B in JUCO despite also being listed as an OF. There is Kale Fountain who is listed as a 3B, but could play first and is also a draft sweat. And Ryan Costello, a big kid from Jersey listed as a 1B/OF.

I don't think we're necessarily done with the JUCO ranks though. There are a couple 1B/OF/DH looking guys we're keeping tabs on there.

He doesn't. This is his COVID year. Two years at JUCO in Iowa, a year at VCU, 2 at LSU. No redshirts.

Jones could come back I think. If he wants to double down on the progress he’s made this year, he could really help himself.

I’m not sure the 3B next year is currently on the roster. Kucherak would probably be my leader right now if we are looking at the current roster. Milam could potentially play there, too.

IMO, most improved player on our team. Neat to see. He's gonna have a decision to make at season's end.

I don’t think he does but regardless, he was never in the mix as a starter at LSU

Kale Fountaine has a very impressive perfect game profile. He's got to be a draft risk.

Change your thread title to get this unanchored, there is actually decent discussion here.

MLB Pipeline and BA both updated their draft lists in the last couple days.

Jones debuted at 116 on MLBs list. He dropped from 229 to 249 on BAs list.
