For those who don't know, the Mizzou band director, Fuller Lyon, was a graduate assistant for Tiger Band for 4 years while getting his masters and doctorate at LSU. He's a classy guy and the kind of person you gravitate towards just because he is so awesome.

Glad I got to see fuller at his wedding in June. All around classy gesture by Mizzou

Wow, this makes me like Mizzou even more now. I always kinda liked them but this is just a great gesture and all class. to the Mizzou band/people

Nice gesture. Big ups to Mizzou. I definitely can find myself rooting for them this year too.

I came across the news of the more recent death yesterday on Facebook. I was an acquaintance of him through the business college and he was an unbelievably positive, nice, and down to earth person. Was very sorry to hear about it and am keeping his family and friends in my thoughts and prayers.

This is awesome! I can't wait to finally play them. It's nice to see truly classy move, whereas last time I was in Tuscaloosa gumps threw rocks at us.
