No doubt he sees the Chavis exit as an opportunity to get better.

Wrong, he thinks his offensive scheme is already at its potential with Jennings lighting up defenses.

Really? Because didn't he say two weeks ago that he wants a QB who can consistently complete more than two-thirds of his passes for more than 250 yards per game?

Yes, but wanting that is a far cry from sucking it up and changing your ultra-conservatism to actually make it happen.

He definitely has an opportunity. Chavis' defenses were on a trend of not closing out big games and not generating turnovers or sacks. It'd be nice to see a swarming defense again.

Lip service. Miles says a lot of stuff that has no impact on reality. He said over and over this year that LSU would be more balanced with more successful passing week after week and it didn't happen. He said Brandon Harris would get the opportunity to play in the last few games. It didn't happen. He just says what he thinks people want to hear.

Yep maybe les has me fooled again but I have a good feeling that Chavis leaving is going to work out great for lsu.

It would be damn near impossible to pass for 250 yards if our QB's even completed two-thirds of their passes, you're talking nearly 28 yards a completion.
