This LSU team is GREAT and has proven that they have the ability to figure out how to win any game.

If the Gumps want to line up and take another L, that's fine with me - we'll be 2-8 and ahead of schedule. Plus think about what beating Bama twice in 1 year would do for recruiting!

Beat Bama AGAIN!

Aubie is going to beat them and this argument will be academic.

Honestly was more impressed by Auburn's defense than anything Bama had to offer.

They don't deserve another shot, but we'd beat them worsea secund time.

Fear has nothing to do with it......it’s all about bias, entitlement and “eye test”

all true, but they shouldn't have to!

eye ball tests told everyone MN was the 17th best team last week, such a joke. resume is the only way to go.

Look, let’s all be honest. We want Bama’s run to end, and the most definitive and efficient way to accomplish that would be to bury them again. And this team has the stones and tools to do it, unlike the 2011 squad.

Teams need to have consequences for scheduling cupcakes.

It is a question of fairness not fear, other teams deserve a chance. Also if you have 2 teams from the same conference only one of them can win the NC. LSU and Bama played already head to head, what is the point of having a rematch?

Completely agree. Dig them up out of the grave, dig it deeper and throw them back in it!

They will most likely get in and it’s not fair. If we had lost, I can guarantee you that we wouldn’t be sitting at 4.

So you're ok with the media doing what they did in 2011, and basically saying that Saturday's win in Tuscaloosa didn't matter, because that's exactly what they're doing.

How will you feel if we lose the mulligan game. It could very well happen. It's incredibly difficult to beat a team twice, now that they've seen what you're gonna throw at them.

The bottom line is that we shouldn't even be talking about this, because Bama has done absolutely nothing on the field to show that they're deserving. Not only that, but if it happens, it will be the 3rd time they've backdoored their way in by rewriting the script after they lost the game that supposedly they had to win.

Not one bit. With all of our second half relax, fluke plays, and downright cheating in the replay booth one thing is certain, WE WERE NEVER NERVOUS

We made our greatest mistakes of the season in the second half of that game. If we clean those up (and I assume with this coaching staff and player leadership we will) we would have won by 2 or 3 touchdowns.

We were the better team on Saturday. Even more than the score showed.

They are just another top ten team at this point. No longer is there some mystical status to them. So if we play them again in the playoffs I expect it to be no better or worse than any other team we might face.

I think they shouldn’t get the invite because they haven’t earned it. Simple as that.

Completely agree. I think Bama was the better team in 2011 and the BCS was all about finding the 2 best teams even though it was unfair to LSU. This year LSU is the better team and Alabama still won't figure out a way to stop this offense in a rematch.
