I'm gonna have to pull for Texas...

Bama is the only SEC school that I just can't seem to pull for the NC. If Saban wins the NC we are going to have so many Sabon jock straps on here talking stupid crap... 
Don't give me the SEC needs to win crap so a 2 loss SEC school can still squek into the NC game over a putric ACC, big 10 or PAC team. Everyone knows SEC and Big 12 are the powerhouse conferences. Lil Nicky doesn't need to win to prove that.

I'm pulling for Texas, but it really has nothing to do with Saban or Bama. As a fan of college football collectively, I admire the play of Colt McCoy and Jordan Shipley over the last few years. IMO they've played well enough in their career to earn a MNC. Bama will likely get other chances.

I'm pulling for Bama. Saban is winning with Shula's players. We need to maintain the perception of dominance no matter who wins it.

One of the many teams I hate with a passion is Texas I will not root for either team but I have feeling Alabama will win big.

They're already here. Have been since the day he signed on with Bama. They won't go away even if Bama loses.

• Saban used to coach at LSU
