If you think the offense you saw tonight is the normal offense we will run in SEC play, then you are a bigger idiot than everyone already thinks you are. The defense was pretty lacking, but being the first game in a new scheme, it will get better. Some people just can't understand a damn thing nowadays.

I'm not ashamed to be an LSU fan. I'll never let the posts on this board color my allegiance. Admittedly, this wasn't the Tigers' finest night, but that last drive ... wow! That was surgical. What I'd been waiting for the whole game, and it was delivered when necessary. Sixty-seven gashing yards in six great plays -- three rushes, three passes. This is the promise I'll take away from this game. Also, the defense allowed but 3 points in the second half (before the clock expired). All kinds of stuff needs to get better, but the team had what it took to win.
The road ahead is brutal. Ole Miss has a crip exam in comparison. Same for Alabama. It's almost unfair. Tiger must elevate their play to win at both places just to earn a Round 2 with Florida.

When these people succeed in running Les off LSU should just save a lot of money and hire one of these I know everything there is to no about football people. They obviously could have beat Washington by 50 or 60 points if they were the head coach

How many of you caught on the screen about the number of plays run by Washington vs LSU. Almost twice as many. Hopefully we didn't show everything we got in our cards. Be thankfull we won with the score , because they beat us in in the stats.

Great, so you don't accept it. What now, are you gonna do us all a favor and not watch any more games this season. Prolly not, I'm sure you'll be watching with the see I told ya so method of fandom on all bad plays, really annoying the people in your vicinity. When watching Vanderbilt and spewing your negativity in the 1st quarter, look to your left and then to your right and those people not saying much DON"T like you and are prolly laughing at you right now. I know I would be.

If you boss comes to you and critiques your performance and demands much more than what he's gotten from you do you run to the bathroom to have a good cry, get mad and pout, or listen with interest, weigh what he has to say, and resolve in yourself to improve your performance?

This is a message board, not the stands of the game! You rant on this, you cheer at the game. Speaking the truth doesn't equate to being a bad fan.

4 things folks:
(1) That was not an 0-15 Washington team (not close)
(2) Locker is a very good QB
(3) Washington has logged half again the practice hours that LSU has.
(4) The late Pacific Coast start was very tough on LSU.

(5) Washington is right now where LSU was when Saban got here in 2000. The fanbase is back to being united, they are excited about seeing a higher intensity of play, and tired of their program being kicked and stepped on.

HERE, HERE, SIR! I agree there is some small segment of overreaction, but 90% of the critical posts have been a constructive type, and FACTUAL.

Again, well said. What kind of fan are you if you do nothing but accept things at face value (i.e. a win) and SAY NOTHING about the overall program? Like it or not, the LSU program is not simply about 1 win against Washington. It's about the entire season and future seasons. Don't hate on those of us who are trying to speak up for the protection of the overall program. (Que the music, release the doves)

It`s all part of the message board mentality. Everyone has all the answers but knows very few of the questions.

Another over reach. I would be happy if we would have won 17-7 but looked good doing it.
