I am absolutely sick of our administration being gutless, worthless, cowards. Get some FRICKEN BALLS!!!

The best defense is a good offense. Wade has no charges on him (on won't have any). They have yet to prove anything or even make this about Wade.

But what do our gutless wonders do? They suspend him and the player, which will DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING....NOTHING if they are found guilty of something!!!!!! It just sends a message that you are weak, and lost, and EASY PREY.

Take it to them! Stand by your guy. Make them work for it. Don't bow down and be a bunch of wussies. Be the aggressor. This is why ALABAMA never gets punished. They essentially say "We don't GAF about your rules, we are going to do it. Now come at us bitch! " And this sends a very firm message.

It's pretty dam clear to me that we operate out of fear for most everything and is why we can't seem to get over the hump. And I get we should be risk adverse, but IMO, we are taking on more risk by suspending him and the player.

My God they are worthless.

Sorry Gang. Even though we weren’t the target, we’re busted plain as day.

I’m going to cherish this season, root for the Tigers to win the whole dang thing and hope for a major clean up and riddance of these bribing embezzlers that have tarnished the game.

King and Alleva love their 700k jobs.
Dont give a F about winning anything.
Will throw any coach under the bus to keep their head above water. They must go

Except possibly reduce the sanctions because maybe we won't be hit with lack of institutional control.

Lack of institutional control over a coach who appears on a witness list for the defense? A coach that has no charges filed against him, and hasn't been proven guilty of anything?

Yeah, I get it. We just lynch whoever we think is guilty.

If LSU doesn't sit Wade until any investigation is complete, and more issues come out, absolutely.

Then they start looking at the Football program.

This is all true but didn’t help having Wade who seems new at this player benefits thing and got caught dead to rights over the frickin phone Wiretap. Put it like this I agree only because of the fact Wade didn’t explain what he felt could come out over all the wire taps and this caused huge concern for everyone in the Administration. It’s one thing if he had gone in explained what all they could possibly have on him but he didn’t. I love Wade but it is what it is. It’s University over a Coach anyday and they are paid to protect it.

Aleva and Wade have had no discussions in the last four months about this? I find that hard to believe.

We’ve already heard in other points that some believe he hasn’t been forthcoming with what had happened already so that could have already been a fire able offense no money owed. I obviously don’t know if that’s true for sure and neither does anyone else here. I understand everyone’s objection on how King and Alleva handle most everything else but in this case we could be burnt mightily if we are found harboring a guy who is in deep shite. Hell I hope this works it’s way out but I sure as frick don’t wanna bury the basketball team longer than needed is all..

We have a chance to make a huge run in the tourney, something that doesnt come along very often here. I would gleefully trade that another year or 2 of whatever sanctions we end up with.

That's fair and I think a lot of people would probably agree with. Thank you for understanding the context in which I made that statement. It seems that others didn't catch it.

Ok, help me understand something. Is Wade or the basketball program currently under investigation? Have any charges been filed? Has LSU been contacted by the NCAA?

Yet, Wade and the player are suspended.
