I'll miss Les

I'm glad to say that I'll be at his final game. Regardless of what you think of his coaching, his predecessor, his replacement, or this season, Les has been a fantastic representative of LSU. He's a classy guy and a family man. And he's been entertaining as a coach and personality. This isn't a defense of retaining him as coach, but a reminder to this increasingly frenzied board that we've indeed had something great these past 11 years.

Yell loud and often, brother.

I'll certainly miss the constant clock management issues, the miles speak, the running into a wall of linemen, the november collapses. Going to miss all that.

the miles speak
Damn him for this crap. It is painful to listen to this man talk. It's cartoonish at best to listen to most other coaches speak about their team's performance and then compare to the drivel he spews.

Once again, this is about Miles the man, not the coach.
